Free Diabetes Classes!

The Forsyth County Department of Public Health will offer free diabetes classes starting in January. The classes will meet on Wednesdays, January 13th – March 3rd from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm at 799 N Highland Avenue. The classes will cover self management topics including preventing and treating diabetic complications, benefits of physical activity, understanding carbohydrates and meal planning and much more.

The classes are free and open to the public.
