6th Annual FREE Diabetes Expo

The 6th annual free Diabetes Expo is scheduled for Tuesday, March 30th from 10 am – 1 pm at Marketplace Mall at 2101 Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem. There will be over 25 vendors including local diabetes centers, medical supply companies, and many others. In addition, there will be several screenings offered including the following:

• Cholesterol, Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure provided by Forsyth Medical Center
• Hearing Test provided by Costco Hearing Center
• Risk Test for obstructive sleep apnea provided by the Sleep Center at Forsyth Medical Center

Piedmont Medical Research will be offering several give aways.

This event is sponsored by Forsyth County Department of Public Health, Forsyth Medical Center, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and Surry County Health and Nutrition.

Light snacks and a free gift to all participants while supplies last.
The event is free and open to the public.
