FREE Diabetes Classes

Forsyth County Department of Public Health is offering free diabetes classes on Thursdays, January 13th – March 3rd from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. The classes will cover self management topics including preventing and treating diabetic complications, benefits of physical activity, understanding carbohydrates and meal planning and much more. The classes will be held at 799 N. Highland Avenue.

The classes are free and open to the public. For more information contact Tanya Wilson at 703-3219. Note: In case of bad weather if the Winston-Salem /Forsyth County Schools are cancelled than the diabetes class will be cancelled. See attached flyer for more details.
