FREE Diabetes Classes

Forsyth County Dept. of Public Health is offering free diabetes classes on Tuesdays, September 13th - November 1st from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. The classes will cover self management topics including preventing and treating diabetic complications, benefits of physical activity, understanding carbohydrates and meal planning and much more. The classes will be held at 799 N. Highland Avenue.
