Women's Health Conference - Register Now
Taking the Life Course Perspective to Promote Preconception Health and Health Care: Towards the Promise for Equity in Birth Outcomes will examine best and promising practices to improve preconception health and health care.Speakers and panelists will discuss collaborative efforts and opportunities to promote the life course perspective to improve the health of women across their lifespan.
The conference will be held Tuesday, November 15th from 9 am – 4 pm at Forsyth Medical Center – 3333 Silas Creek Parkway – Winston Salem, NC. Cost is $30 and CEU and CHES credits will be available.
