Focus Group and Survey Participants Needed: Ages 60 +

The Health Promotion / Disease Prevention Department of the Forsyth County Department of Public Health is seeking community input to identify barriers and other factors hindering older adult participation in community-based physical activity programs.

Participants are volunteers and will not be paid. An incentive and a light lunch will be provided for focus group participants.

To participate in a focus group, you must be:

• Age 60+
• A Forsyth County resident
• Available for a 2 hour time period
• Be willing to share ideas in a group setting

To participate in the survey, you must be:

• Age 60+
• A Forsyth County resident
• Have internet access to survey site
• Or be willing to travel to an in-person survey site
