The resource map is available here. It can also be found on the website for the Forsyth Regional Opioid & Substance Use Team (FROST) under “Community Resources.” The map was developed by FROST, Partnership for Prosperity and MapForsyth.
The Resource Map has locations and contact information for a variety of resources. including substance use treatment, educational resources, food and clothing, housing and financial assistance, support groups, child care, free computer labs, bus stops and more. It’s searchable by zip code and can be filtered by specific resources a user is looking for.
Data sources for the map include The Partnership for Prosperity, FROST, Winston Salem Planning & Development, WS/FC Schools, Forsyth County Cooperative Extension, Second Harvest Food Bank, Forsyth Futures, Forsyth County Public Health, WS/FC Emergency Management, NC Dept of Environmental Quality, USDA, US Census Bureau, United Way of Forsyth County, Falling Fruit, Winston Salem DOT, Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART), and MapForsyth.
