We hope to see you at our spring 2022 Adult Education classes at the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park. We are excited to return to an in-person format. All the details will be included in the Eventbrite page for each event.
Classes in the Arboretum Adult Education series are held on Wednesdays at 11 AM. Registration will open 2 weeks prior to each class date. Be sure to register on Eventbrite, as space is limited!
In-person classes in this series will be held in Walnut Hall at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC. All registered participants will receive driving directions. If you have questions about these programs or need help registering, please call 336-703-2850 or email Leslie Rose.

April 6: Integrated Pest Management for Garden Insects

Implementing an integrated pest management strategy in the home garden can help you stay on top of problems. In this short program, we will focus on landscape plants, including an overview of best management practices for managing insects and things to watch for.

May 4: Rock On1 Using Rocks in the Landscape
Kathy Johnson, Extension Master Gardener Volunteer and Landscape Designer
Rocks, stones, and pebbles have both an aesthetic and functional place in the landscape. We will discuss ways to introduce stone and how to integrate plants with stone in the garden to heighten the textural interest, fill in the crevices, and accent stone features.
