The Med Instead of Meds class series is back again in 2024. If you missed it last year and are interested in learning more about the Mediterranean Diet then this is the program for you! We will explore 7 simple steps to eating the Mediterranean Diet (a way of eating). You will learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Each session builds from week to week and is most beneficial when participants attend all six sessions. You do not want to miss it, save the dates!
The Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more. The Med recipes are simple, delicious, and satisfying and you will have the opportunity to taste them each week. The sessions will be held on Thursdays, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in person on the following dates:
September 19, 26
October 3,10,17, 24
October 31 (make-up day if a previous session is canceled)
Registration is required and space is limited. Please only register knowing you will be able to attend (we understand if you have to miss one due to an emergency). Please read the registration instructions carefully (you will need to register for each of the 6 sessions).
