Bridges to Hope staff and partners are available to provide services Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The center will be closed for holidays and other closings that align the Forsyth County Government schedules.
The physical address for Bridges to Hope is 725 North Highland Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. We are located on the Forsyth County Health and Human Services Campus, in Annex 1, on the Ground Floor.
Free parking is available at Bridges to hope in the parking lot located between Annex 1 and Annex 2, at the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Carl Russell Avenue. Parking is also available at no charge on Highland Avenue.
At this time, an appointment is not need for services at Bridges to Hope. Clients are inititally seen on a first-come, first-served basis. For some services, an appointment may be needed, based on partner availability.
All services at Bridges to Hope are available at no charge. Partner organizations may charge for some services at their locations.
You are welcome to bring a supportive friend or family member to Bridges to to Hope. We ask all guests to honor the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and follow all health and safety guidelines.
Children are welcomed at Bridges to Hope. However, childcare services are not available at our center.
Bridges to Hope recognizes that children are affected socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and academically as a result of experiencing and/or witnessing traumatic events. Our Center provides referral to trusted community organizations that provide counseling for adults and children.
Obtaining a 50B Domestic Violence Protective Order is a legal process. Our Center offers assistance with completing the complaint for and filing an Emergency Ex Parte Domestic Violence Protective Order also known as a "50B". Virtual hearings, by computer, are held onsite with a District Court Judge to determine whether an initial Order will be granted. We encourage you to call or visit the Center to learn more.
