The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential HIV counseling and testing.

Who is Eligible

Anyone concerned about possible exposure to HIV or needing an HIV test. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to visit this clinic. A Photo ID is required.

Cost

HIV testing is FREE.

Appointments

Appointments are required and offered Monday through Friday for HIV testing ONLY. Call 336-703-3324 beginning at 7:30 am to 10:00 am Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment.

HIV Results

Clients will be contacted if a test result is positive for the infection.

Rapid HIV Testing
