Forsyth Adolescent Health Coalition

The Forsyth Adolescent Health Coalition (FAHC) is a grassroots initiative of concerned professionals, paraprofessionals, and volunteers that advocate for and develop concrete approaches to address the health needs of our community's adolescents. Our Mission is to provide our community with opportunities to share, develop, and implement ideas and/or strategies that will improve the health and quality of life for all teens in Forsyth County.
